DMCA Policy for Mango Chia Pudding Bowl

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA Takedown Notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the infringing material and take reasonable steps to notify the user who posted the allegedly infringing material.
Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification
If you believe that your material has been removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you have the right to submit a DMCA Counter-Notification. To be effective, your counter-notification must be in writing and contain substantially the following information:
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled: Provide the URLs or other identifying information of the material that was removed or disabled prior to the filing of the counter-notification.
- A statement under penalty of perjury: Include a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
- Your name, address, and telephone number: Provide your name, address, and telephone number.
- A statement of consent to jurisdiction: Include a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Mango Chia Pudding Bowl may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
- Electronic or physical signature: Provide your electronic or physical signature.
Upon receipt of a valid Counter-Notification, we will provide a copy to the original complaining party and inform them that we will replace the removed material or cease disabling access to it in 10 business days, unless we receive notice from the original complaining party that they have filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the subscriber from engaging in infringing activity relating to the material on our system.
